【据国家邮政局网站报道】4月7日，河北省省长张庆伟主持召开省政府常务会议。会议传达了京津冀协同发展工作座谈会精神，并将推进区域快递分拨中心和基础设施建设纳入京津冀协同发展2015年113项重点推进督导事项，明确由主管副省长牵头，省邮政管理局为牵头部门，省发改委及相关市、县政府为配合部门，合力推进相关工作，年底前取得阶段性成果。
　　对此，河北省邮政管理局表示同城快递，下一步将按照国家邮政局和省委、省政府的部署，强化措施聊城同城送货，主动作为聊城同城快递。一是联合省发改和相关地方政府召开总部企业座谈会，推介河北在京津冀协同发展中的战略机遇，落实省政府重点推进督导事项。二是积极做好京津冀地区快递服务发展“十三五”规划编制配合工作。抓好全省邮政业发展“十三五”规划编制同城物流送货；做好京津冀地区邮政业规划、快递规划与京津冀商务物流规划、省发展规划纲要的衔接。三是抓住京津冀区域开展试点示范的契机，特别是北京新机场临空经济区被列入京津冀协同发展示范区、试验区，北京非首都核心功能疏解和国家对省商贸物流基地等四大功能定位的有利时机，引导总部企业在冀设立区域快递分拨中心、网络节点或华北总部，助推行业发展。
